Exchange Policy

At Padmanabhan, your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure that your purchase fits just right. If the item you ordered isn’t quite the perfect fit or has a defect, we offer an easy exchange process:

  • Exchanges will be approved only if the item is ill-fitting or defective (e.g., damaged during shipping or if the wrong item was delivered).

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly share pictures of the item and the issue, and write to us at help.padmanabhan@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the process and help you find the perfect fit.

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags intact.

Exchanges are subject to approval based on our size chart and stock availability. We’ll work with you to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
